When we cook regionally, we do it honestly and the way we used to. Recipes from the family, from neighbours and from our friends. How people cook elsewhere and what other cultures serve up is Chef Markus’ challenge. Surprises and inspirations from all over the world drive him. His culinary ideas come to him spontaneously when he buys fresh ingredients at the market. That’s why, in addition to classic South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen and a Thai peanut curry, he sometimes serves langoustines. We never put the brakes on Markus. On the contrary. We are always damn curious about his creations on the plate.
Wednesday is our DINE-AROUND DAY, on this day we treat ourselves and our staff to a day off. Our restaurant, bar and pizzeria will be closed all day on this day. Breakfast will be served as usual.
