Here is our small print, the GTCs:

General Terms and Conditions of Contract according to Art. 1341 Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile), which apply to accommodation contracts between the accommodation provider Hotel Wochtla Buam, Unterberger Gastronomie KG of Unterberger Manfred, Markus, Christoph and Co. and the guests:

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB.

1. life does...

Life does not always go according to plan. And something can always happen. If you have to cancel your stay with us, please let us know in writing and as soon as possible to keep the cancellation costs for you as low as possible.

Here they are:

More than 3 months before your trip: You will be refunded everything except your deposit.
From 3 months to 1 month before your trip, the cancellation fee is 40%.
From 1 month to 1 week before your departure, the cancellation fee is 70%.
In the last week before your departure, the cancellation fee is 90%.
If your cancellation arrives later or you have to leave early, we will charge the booked price.

To avoid any hassle, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

2. You must cancel in writing...

You must cancel in writing. We will then charge the cancellation fee according to the time between your written cancellation and your originally booked arrival date.

3. This is based on...

This is based on what you booked with us, i.e. accommodation, meals and any other services.

4. If not all...

If not all beds booked are occupied or cancelled, the percentage of your cancellation fee will be based on the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds only. If there is anything you do not understand, do not hesitate to ask. We are always happy to help.
